So if the infantry unit passes his control test and stops he does not get an action marker then.
On another note you said that if it failed it must then pursue the fleeing unit. What happens when he pursues?

Re: Op fire timing
So you are saying that that the OP fire action takes place before the targets formation change can take place

Op fire timing
Hi there
I have a unit in square that is within 4UD of an enemy Artillery. During my turn I do a formation change to line and he does an OP fire on that unit.
What formation does he take the hit at Square or line?
Thanks

Formation change
Hi there
If I have a Class B infantry unit in column can I move him 3 UDs (half his movement rate) then put him in square?
I thought i saw on the French forums that you use the movement rate of the formation you are in before you change to a new formation
Thanks

Action marker for charge attempt
Hi there
I know that a cav unit who charged a target and passed a control test to stop its charge does not get an action marker.
My question is what happens to an infantry unit who's target fled of did something so the charging inf unit cannot hit any target. Does he get an action marker?

Flank Op fire
Hi there If i have a Cav unit that is moving and an enemy arty units op fires and hits it from the flank, which way does it retreat to if the morale test is failed. And also what about if it is hit on the rear and fails the test? I would think that it would retreat directly away from the shot Thanks...

Commander replacement
Hi there In what phase does a commander get replaced? In the Strategic phase or when its division is activated. It could matter because if it is replaced when its division is activated then the divisions units would be considered out of command until it is activated. Also when would the CiC be repla...
