What 'irregular' or non-European army lists are included?

I have only do the list corresponding to the Napoleonic wars in Europe.
I have excluded armies from India, America or colonial ones.

Ottoman Empire have lists for Egypt, Middle East and Blakans as they have battle against Frenchs and Russians.

From what I see of the troop classification system BE will handle irregulars better than many rules systems. It looks like there is no technical problem for making up non-European armies.

I assume my favourite army, the Persians, have missed out - most people seem to forget them. If so I'll cook up a list based on the Ottomans.

(The Persians were at war with Russia 1804-13 - in c1810 the Persians and Ottomans were (uneasy) allies fighting against Russia.)
