Prep Fire

I read on the French forum that artillery could fire + limber + move during prep fire (assuming they are not movement class C guns), incurring the appropriate -1 modifier. My question is would the reverse situation also be permissible; i.e artillery moves + unlimbers + prep fires, incurring the appropriate -1 modifier?

I don't have the rules to hand but I believe fire, limber, move and move, unlimber, fire are mentioned. It would seem odd to allow moving during preparatory fire though. There are some strange contradictory posts by the author.

Same answer :

The artillery can move, unlimber and fire (with -1 modifier) see p 54
The fire will be resolved during the fire phase after mouvements.
