Do Cavalry need to make a Control test in order to Withdrawal?

After the successful charge, if it is not a 'flee' or better there is no pursuit and withdrawal is an option. There is no test.
If there is a pursuit indicated, because the enemy has fled or been eliminated, impetuous pursue, others may test to avoid having to pursue. If they pass, they can withdraw. If they fail there is a pursuit and no withdrawal.

What Roger writes is first bullet on p 61. Yes it should be repeated on p 62 but it covers that as Roger outlines.
