If an infantry unit on ATTACK orders is in line formation and is at 5 UD or less from enemy infantry, does it:

a) charge ?
b) move to volley fire range ?
c) either charge or volley, as the player wishes ?

This is consistent with the other question on fulfilling attack orders. So long as one of the conditions has been met, the unit counts as attacking.
