I read that you resolve each shock before moving on to the next (page 57)

So does this mean a unit that has an action marker and is still in contact with an enemy, can count as support in a shock action with the unit it is next to?

French at the top Prussian at the bottom of the picture.
French unit top left loses the shock and is eliminated due to previous loses.
Prussian unit that fought it is in contact with the next French unit, so we assumed it counts as support?

was this right.

Having an action marker disqualifies a unit from giving support. It is in the bullet points along with being disordered.

A unit with an action marker can provide a moral support but not a fire support.

Unfortunately I was wrong! The action marker only disqualifies from fire support not morale support.
