Hi,

How do troops in the c-in-c reserve (Artillery) activate? Does it have an order? is is activated by a c-in-c pip ? is for where in the sequence would it fire or move?

HI

Pg 68, Artillery reserve, says that that activates using the commander-in -chiefs CP at the same time as any other division. This division may change each turn but all units in the arty reserve must be activated. So it sounds like they are activated when you activate a division.

So the implication is that they can activate at the same time as any division, which can change from turn to turn. So they fire as if divisional artillery for that activation (ie they perform preparatory fire)
