when divisions 2 and 3 arrive , do they have to arrive in a sector as defined in the battle plan or can it be in any sector?

do all reserves have to be indicated in the battle plan?

Reserve can arrive as indicated page 80 : Reinforcement.
So you can choose between 2 options :
- Select a sector and an order and the division enter automatically.
- Put the division in "Reserve" order : you can choose the entry sector but have to pay 1 PC
