Sk and reserves

Can Sk prevents the reserves arrive?

I don't see that any unit can prevent reserves coming on.

When you activate the reserve you place their orders at the point on the edge your coming on outwith 4ud of the enemy.

When its time to move that division you may (not must) move the entry point. It also says you can charge and given that skirmishers must fall back from formed troops......I don't see why they would block you coming on unless every point along the edge is blocked as an initial entry point.

My question is if you have tu put the marquer on outwith 4ud of the enemy , included sk?
With two units of sk you can prevent a lot space

I would say sk cannot deny the place of the marker.
