Hi,
I have found a couple of mistakes relating to SK units in the Fiche d'armée spreadsheet. They are in the calculations in the "Total" column, which currently reads: =IF(C7="SK",ROUNDDOWN(A7*I7/2,0), A7*I7)
The first is that value of a single unit is rounded down, whereas the rules (p83) say it should be rounded up.
The second is that the rounding is done on the product of the single unit value and the number of units, whereas it is just the single unit value that should be rounded.
The corrected calculation should read: =IF(C7="SK",A7*ROUNDUP(J7/2,0), A7*J7)

Page 83 - the value of a single unit of detached skirmishers is equal to that of half that of a light unit of the same type rounded down.

Page 83 - "Le budget d'une seule unité de tirailleurs détachés est égal à la moitié de celui d'une unité légére de même type, arrondi au supérieur."
Which begs the question, which is correct?
