Maximum Division Size

When you're building an army, one of the limitations on p101 is that an infantry/mixed division has a maximum size of 10 units, one or two of which can be artillery.

When you come to deploy it, can you go beyond these limitations by adding units from the reserve?

I did pose a similar question to Herve and got the following
Question
The list is the 1809 French in Germany and concerns the Cuirassier division. The player has four veteran Cuirassier units plus a Grenadier a cheval from the guard, all perfectly legal but this makes 5 units in the division. On page 101 of the rules it says a cavalry division may contain a maximum of four cavalry units and one horse-artillery. Hence I've told the player he can't have that division with five cavalry units in. Is this correct? Also if the general had a cavalry unit in his reserve is he allowed to put this into a cavalry division so it has more than 4 cavalry units, I would presume this is also not allowed?

Answer
"You are right : only 4 cavalry can be in a cavalry division.
You can also add on Horse artillery

Russian and Ottoman can have also 2 Irregular cavalry in their division"

So in light of that Al I would say no you can't add additional units from the reserve to exceed the limit.
